Janelle studied extensively under international salon industry masters at the Aveda Academy in New York and in Minneapolis.
Janelle is a visionary who strongly believes in the lost art of providing guests with an exemplary level of customer service on all levels. She is passionate about her business and extremely proud of her talented team.
Jim Goking Founder and Co-Owner
Founder and co-owner, Jim is responsible for the overall financial management of the company. Jim also manages the computer network and oversees daily business operations.
Keisha Ervasti Master Stylist
14 + years in industry. Stylist/Aveda Global Haircutting Educator. Keisha is a premiere stylist at Entourage as well as a Global Aveda Educator. As an Educator, Keisha teaches customized training sessions to Aveda stylists in the United States.

Along the way, she has had the opportunity to work with, and learn from some of the industries greatest talents.
