Arrival
We ask that you arrive for your service at least 10 minutes
prior to your scheduled visit. Arriving late may interfere
with your treatment time and decrease the therapeutic
effects for you. All appointments will end at their scheduled
time so as not to delay the next Entourage guest.
Cancellations
and No Shows
We confirm appointments by phone 48 hours in advance
to confirm services and appointment time. For scheduling
purposes, we request a 24-hour notice for any cancellation
or appointment change. If an Entourage guest misses
more than three scheduled appointments, without providing
notice of cancellation, a prepay by credit card will
be required for future appointments.
Cell
Phones
We promise a relaxing atmosphere for all Entourage guests.
We ask you to silence all cell phones and pagers once
inside Entourage to observe the comfort of all guests.
If you need to make an emergency phone call during your
service, please
notify your technician or stylist immediately.
Children
We love our children and grandchildren and they are
welcome to receive services at Entourage. However, for
the comfort and safety of your child and our guests,
we cannot accommodate children under the age of 12 in
the salon or spa areas without an appointment.
Pregnancy
We recommend our pregnant guests consult with a physician
prior to receiving spa services and notify us at the
time an appointment is made. This will enable our team
to customize the service and provide the best possible
treatment.
Redos/Adjustments
We want our Entourage guests to receive a "no compromise"
experience. If any guest is dissatisfied with their
service, we will adjust completely the original service.
We will ask the guest's original technician, stylist
or artist to schedule the adjustment within one week
of the original service.
